SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

We currently offer standard shipping (2 to 4 business days) to the United Kingdom for a flat rate of £14.95.
We also ship to Ireland, Italy, France, Germany and the Netherlands via standard international shipping (2 to 11 business days) for a flat rate of £17.95. 

Handling times vary. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

 

Please contact us to request a special order to your international destination. Note that we are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes your order may require.

 

 

RETURNS

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The address for return is located on your invoice and in your package.

 

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

 

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (within 2 business days of us receiving the return), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that there may be a processing time with your bank before a return is posted.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

EXCHANGES


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@kokoni.co.uk

 

 

GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
